How would I go about displaying a "range" bar on a graph in Crystal Reports? I want to display a bar showing a low/high range of motion and specify the bottom value and top value of one bar? I'm using Visual Studio 2008 with the included Crystal Reports 2008.
Hi Kary,
I have same requirement as you posted in your thread. Did you get any solution for that. If yes then please tell me how you were able to manage low and high range and line colors.
Thanks in advance.

I am not sure if you are describing steps that work with the full version of Crystal Reports 2008. I am using the one that comes with Visual Studio. Right Clicking on the bar in my chart does not show a choice of "Trendlines". Also, I couldn't find any "Format as you wish" option.
Just to clarify, I am trying to display a series of bars, each showing a range of motion (simiar to a stock chart high-low bar). Each one can have a different low and high value. I thought of using a stacked bar where the lower bar would be transparent, but I am not able to choose the colors of the bars - they come up as default colors. I tried using the "color" format option by clicking on the Format button in the Options tab, but the settings I made there didn't get applied at runtime.

Hi,
Right Click on Chart ->Chart Expert-> Format chart as per your requirement.
Or Right click on Single bar Select Trendlines..
You can also format series riser.

Shweta
