SAP GUI for HTML slowness on material input for VA01

Hi Experts,

We are encountering slowness on our SAP GUI html (kernel 753_REL patch 200), when inputting data on other fields (ex. Sold-to-party) the predictive type is showing fast results but extremely slow when inputting material. This is not the the situation on gui version. Please let me know if you've encountered this as well.

Can you share how slow is the perception?

Have you tried the scenario with a different web browser?

Good day. Hopefully you have an update for this issue.

normally a predictive results appear on this page immediately as the user types the material but it takes 20 - 30 seconds in this case.

Hi Alan,

Maybe you can try the disp+work patch from SAP note 2625339 (webgui: General performance improvements). If the issue persists, then the best approach is to raise a support incident.
