Unfortunately we have to delete some territories form the territory Management

Over scenario

CompanySalesSales .orgSales Office Sales group

And also we have service

Under Companyserviceservice OrgService Team

For this type of scenario how to we have maintain territory Management for over scenario

Please explain me and also tell me how delete a territory from exist territory Management
