xsa 2.0 sps 03 webide for user xsa_dev not loading

hello

i implemented shine for xsa with user xsa_dev. Now Web ide for hana loading is no more working. When i use another user like xsa_admin, webide is loading.

Plaese advice what i can do to solve the problem.

Hi Nick - The issue is most likely that the di-core is crashing when trying to load the workspace. You can increase the memory for di-core and di-runner. Please check out my Blog that I just wrote about this issue: Fixing SAP WebIDE issues on SAP HANA Express Edition 2.0 SPS 3. I hope this helps.

Hi Folks - I do not think this issue is anything to do with roles. Webide was working fine for my user for the past few months then it stopped working. It works fine for other users. We have not changed roles. So it looks like something is messed up on the server. I have created another question since there is no answer here that works to resolve the issue for me - SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA hangs for a certain user but works for others HANA 2.0 SPS 3 GCP

Hi Nick - we have the same type of issue. The webide stopped fully loading for my user but it works for other users. Seems like the webide application and services have some corrupted data preventing the webide client from fully loading. Did you find the solution?

Hi Nick,

I recommand to check the WEBIDE role collections that you have chosen for xsa_dev user. It should contain DEVX_DEVELOPER.

Hi,

Looks like an issue with the Web IDE roles in the XSA cockpit role collection.

You need to add the Web IDE role in the role collection.
