Hi All,
I have a scenario where I need to trigger an update of Contract to "Suspended" ( on hold) status in CRM via Dunning activities when customer have an outstanding bill more than 45 days.
May I ask if there is a standard function that allows me to do such an update via Dunning ? OR I need to enhance them.
No idea where should I start to achieve this.

there is no standard function for this. you could define a custom activity to update contract data in ECC which might enable you to replicate it to CRM later.
