Hello,
I'm trying to apply for Limited support SID but I'm unable to see that option under Advanced tab.
This is the below path:
The Limited Support S-user application is available* for Partner S-users with Super Administrator role in the Support Launchpad for SAP Business One under:
What would you like to do? > Advanced Tab > Limited Support S-user application
I would recommend to open an incident in component XX-SER-SAPSMP-LAUNCH.

I would check who is my Superadmin:
https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/importantcontacts
If it is showing yourself as Superadmin, and only then, open an incident under XX-SER-SAPSMP-USR.User | Count |
