error mesage during creating annual leave quotas

Hi expert,

When I create annual leave quota 2009, this warning appear. " Changes in earlist retroactive accounting date time not possible. I just curious why this warning appear and what the impact to the payroll?

Hi,

I guess you have executed Jan 2009 payroll and now u r trying to create absence quota from Jan 2009 that's why the error is coming.

What u can do is create absence quotas from the next month.

1. PU03 - Earlest retroactive date

2. PA03 - Earliest retro acctg period - Control Record
