Disaster recovery SAP Netweaver Portal

Hello,

i have a problem with a Sap Netweaver Portal Server 7.0,

the Raid 5 on the Server is destroyed and there is no chance to rebuild it !

Is there any posibility to recreate SAP Netweaver Portal when i only have a

MAXDB backup and the complete folders

/usr/sap/

and

/sapmnt/

Operating system is SLES 10

Database Maxdb 7.6.03.09
