Hello SAP CRM Experts,
Contact List in Search Result not listed in Incoming Phone call When An incoming call is received from a contact person associated to an account, the account is identified but the contact person result is not listed on account confirmation. This works rightly for E-Mail scenario and also it works for incoming telephone call in CRD environment. We are using single account identification profile and Mixed scenario profile.
Step 1: Login to CRM using one of the Test users
Step 2: On incoming call from customer, an account is identified.
Step 3:On accepting the customer call and confirming account, Contacts are not listed in search result. a default contact is selected.
Hi Prasad,
Can you please verify if you have maintained the call correction in relationship for relevant sold-to and contact person.
Please also check if the country has been maintained correctly.
