imanifest.xml file Issue as "Invalid Marker: Table of Contents"

Each time I try using the "Convert Learning Net" option under the SAP Authoring Environment, for an external 3rd Party Course, it gives the following error-

" Invalid marker: table of contents"

Has anybody come across this before?..Can somebody please give some guidance?.
