C4C: External ID of Account on a Sales Quote Form

Dear Experts,

I need to show the ExternalID of the Account on the Sales Quote. In Adobe Live Cycle Designer I can not find the ExternalID in the Field list for the binding only the InternalID is listed there.

Do someone have an idea how to achieve that?

You can have multiple External IDs for an account. We currently do not support one main association. Therefore adaptation via Add Other Fields is not possible. Besides key user tool does not allow to mark these fields as print relevant. For now, you have the option to add these External ID via extension field flow. Unfortunately you still require SAP Application Studio to fill the extension field with the Account External ID. Key user property function will currently not support this scenario due to the missing main association.

As Guenter Sais I asked the same question for Orders to Sap and as the system can be communicated with several ERP they can’t rescue the value from the customer without adding the logic of which of the systems customer’s mappings is the correct one.

My experience: Companies buyingC4C don’t understand why is this not solved.

As the order at least is made for being integrated, there should be a mechanism in the transfer process of the order at least to assure the Id is the correct one, Many C4C are integrated with only one ERP there should be a standard workaround without the need of developing...
