Rafik,

You can update the Inhouse time details of routing to material master by following steps,

1. Execute transaction CA02, from menu bar Go to --> Extras --> Scheduling and execute detailed scheduling of the routing. Save the results.

2. Now execute transaction CA96 to update this results to Material master.

CA97 Can also be used to mass schedule materials and directly update the material master with the times associated with a parts routing. Be aware that making this change will essentially change how you ATP orders coming through for that material.

The field DZEIT (in-house production time) will be blank after doing this sort of update. The new "in-house production" time can be seen on the work scheduling tab at the bottom of the screen. The processing time will be displayed in days and will include any queue times and setup times within that screen. You will also notice that the screen says "Lot-size dependent"... this means that when you get an order for say 100 pcs of this part that the initial date of requirement will be calculated by taking the processing time and multiplying that by the number of pieces.. then it adds the interoperation times and setup time. No longer will your initial date of requirement for ATP be calculated with a static lead-time which is what the DZEIT (in-house production time) used.

Good Luck!
