Removing specail characters from a field output

I have a filed which is the facility identifier and has the format which comes arfter concatenation of 3 different fields. The format is like ABWI100/200-12-45M-100. I wnat to remove all the special characters in this field after we get it in the internal table and out put as ABWI1002001245100 i.e I would like to remove /,-,-,M,- from the filed , which includes the special characters and an M. Could anyone please help me out please.
