Error in Car Mileage Claim

Hello Everyone,

We have recently implemented ESS on the Portal. All the ESS users are entering the "Car Mileage Claims" through Portal. We have had a very strange problem for one user while he is entering a Trip.

After entering all the details on the "General Trip Data" view, and when he clicks on the "Review and Send" button he is getting the following error message.

"trip data for the period from 00.00.0000 00:00 to 00.00.0000 00:00 already exists"

Could anyone help me in resolving this issue. I am not able to figure out this problem. I would appreciate your help.
