Remove message with status "Delivering"

Hello,

We've got another interesting problem to report:

There's a message in our adapter engine with status "Delivering". This message is probably waiting on a response from the target system, but this will never come (the original sent date is about a week ago).

I'm looking for a way to remove this message from the adapter engine, since it's blocking other messages.

I can't cancel the message due to it's status, so that's not an option.

This is a very strange error. Are there any errors under the audit log? Have you tried turning off the communication channel for the receiver system?

Hello,

In the audit log, there are no errors. The last entry is from the original posting date, and states that the processing has started.

We've stopped and started the communication channel a number of times, but the message remains visible on both the communication channel (status = Massage processing started) and the adapter engine (status = Delivering).
