Sending Email monitoring alert with more fields into body message

Hi guys, We're using solman version is 7.2.and receiving the email alert correctly which contains an html attachment as well. I want to know whether it's possible to customise the content of the body of email alert with some informations as found at html attached.

Dear Customer,

There could be one way to change the content in alert emails - that is via BAdI BADI_DYN_INCI_NOTIF. Note 1747633, which has some basic steps for how to use this BAdI.
