Task List changes not Visible

Dear Friends,

I have made some five different changes on the Equipment Task List since long time. Now I am tryin to view the change list and documentation using IA21 transaction. But am seeing no change documents or documentation in the list for the specified Grp and Grp counter.

Do we have to maintain any Customization?

Please suggest me on how to proceed ahead.
