Unable to login to System Information & User Management in EP

Hello All,

I am able to logon to my EP server through http://appl server:50000.I am able to get the Screen SAP Web application server with its components like System Information,User Management but when I am trying to login to System information I am getting the error :The Requested resource does not exist.In User Management also I am unable to login.Pls suggest.
