Cross-catalog search not working for Punch-out + MDM catalog

Hi All

We are working with one punch-out catalog and one MDM catalog. I am trying to use cross-catalog search functionality but it is resulting in no-item display though individual catalog searches are working fine. Is punch-out and mdm catalog combination supported in cross-catalog search?

Hi,

only SAP catalog supports the cross catalog search!

So you can only use this with CCM or SRM-MDM.

Short answer: Yes, but before getting excited, read the long answer...

Long answer: This is only supported when the punch-out catalog has this implemented. Personally I haven't seen any vendor with a punch-out catalog that has it implemented. So the long answer is no!

Can you check for your punchout catalog flag cross-catalog search under additional functionl product catalog -webservice pane.
