High User Utilization (99%) while uploading master data

Hi All,

We are in the pre GO-LIVE phase of roll out of ECC 6.0 on Oracle 10G in HPUX 11iV3, now we are facing problems while uploading Master Data through Bapi. Whenever we starts Bapi (Max. 10 Sessions) user utlization on OS raise to 99% which results very slow update of Master Data into the System. Kindly suggest what to do.
