Appraisals issue

Dear all,

I having an issue about Appraisals.

I have a scenario: There are some Appraisal criterions, and

- if total is 100 then ranked A and salary + 10%

- total is 90- 99 then ranked B, salary -10%

- total is >90 then ranked C, salary -5%

How can i do?
