Hi,
I am facing a strange problem and it is occuring to only a few users only. Suddenly they are unable to see any workitems in the inbox (New and in Progress items, completed tasks) and the inbox is completely empty suddenly and the workitems that were already there had vanished.
After re-starting the Web AS, the workitems again appear.
Can anyone please tell me why this may be happening?
