Inprocess inspection & Process order header Batch number

Dear Friends ,

Scenario is as follows

Material is batch managed

Inspection type 03 - In process inspection

Process order is released inspeciton lot created for in process inspection

but in production the batch number is generated during GR and have multiple batches

but issue is when i do UD for inspection lot which is created during order release system is asking for batch number

but i want to usuage decsion with out batch

can any one suggest how to solve the problem

Hi Rajkumar,

If you do not want to create the partial lot and assignment of batch, than check your Recipe or rauting data , In the QM Headed data for recipe For " Partial Lot assignment " you shold put option 4 - Partial lot and batch of last operation.Than system will n ot ask to put batch no on UD.

Pl check and revert back if any dout.
