SAP C4C for Hitech Industry

Dear SAP C4C Admins / Influencers,

We are currently serving a Fortune 500 Hitech Industry Client - with SAPCRM on premise Hitech industry solution (Price Buckets, Resale Tracking, Ship & Debit Contracts, POS and Claims processing etc).

But client wants to move away from SAPCRM on premise to cloud based and in search of solutions.

I can see C4C is available for some industry specific solutions , but will the comprehensive On Premise Hitech Solution features be available on C4C in near future ? (like that of Utilities). If yes we want to propose the same to client at the earliest.
