License for Adobe LiveCycle Designer

Hi All,

I went through the Adobe website and found out that we require license for ALD 8.0.

Do we require license for using ALD 7.0 also?

And I have downloaded ALD 8.0 from service marketplace, in that case do we have to purchase license from Adobe?
