Positive time with integration of payroll

Hello,

I need a help while integrating positive time with payroll. I have configured positive time and payroll, but i am not able to get non recorded times in payroll to reduce the pay as per employee working time. i feel it is possible thru factoring but i am not sure. It would helpful if you can provide your views to solve this issue.

Scenario:

Employee daily working hours : 8hr. (9:00-17:00)

Payroll run : Monthly

Suppose employee was entered in and out time as 9:00 to 14:00 and let say another day employee neither recorded his absence nor attendence thru time recording terminal. How to get these non recorded hours in payroll to reduce the employee actual pay? when i look at the prorated wage type /801, it was not configured to capture these hours. Did i miss any configuration step which resolve this issue? or should i need to write a new pcr to capture those hours?
