I am having a problem in form3a. The case is, in our company we are considering absences from 23rd to 24th of the month and payroll runs from 1st to 30/31 taking into consideration that from 25th to 31st as present. This system is ok untill there isn't any absent or deduction is salary between 25th to 31st, in next months payroll run , if there is any absent/dedution in salary for the previous month from 25th to 31st, this will triggered by Retro from that month and with the result recalculation of salary from that month but we have already submitted the pf for that month taking into consideration as full salary. Due to this pf contribution for that month get disturbed. Hope have made myself clear. Please advise some solution to curb this problem as this is a practical problem.
