Paid access to SAP NetWeaver BPC Outlooksoft system

Does anyone know of anyone (training institute or company) providing paid access to SAP NetWeaver BPC Outlooksoft system that is currently in ramp-up.

I was looking at the software I can buy by purchasing a SDN developer subscription but I did not see SAP NetWeaver BPC Outlooksoft 7.0 in the list.

Any information on this is greatly appreciated.
