My Inbox tile count is different from master list count

Hai All,

I have configured My Inbox standard application in fiori launchpad to approve incident management requests and its working fine, but the count which is showing in tile is different from master list count. can anybody help me to trace the issue...?

I have a GRC approval application which is WDA application.

this is being displayed as a tile in firoi. How can I achieve this tile to show number of workitems pending for approval?

right now it shows nothing.

Please, try in the launchpad designer, in the "Parameter" field "allIterms=true" and give a try If it does not help, use the in URL field: /sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2;mo/TaskCollection/$count/?$filter=Status eq 'READY' or Status eq 'RESERVED' or Status eq 'IN_PROGRESS' or Status eq 'EXECUTED' and then give a try.

Please ensure that in your tile's properties in the launchpad designer the Service URL is configured like below

/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;mo;v=2/ScenarioCollection?$filter=key eq '<your scenario identifier>'

If for example your Scenario Definition ID (which you would have created on your front-end system) is ZSCENARIO then the Service URL shoud be /sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;mo;v=2/ScenarioCollection?$filter=key eq 'ZSCENARIO'

Additionally also ensure that the workflow task filter is enabled on your front-end system.
