Fiori My Inbox support "Create ad-hoc request"?

Currently I need enable "My Inbox" Fiori app to support "Create Ad-Hoc Request" function in the old Enterprise Portal (UWL). Is there any expert who knows how to achieve it? And also does this function only exist in UWL, even not in Backend ECC workflow?
