Updation of customer master between 2 systems via an IDOC.

Dear All,

We have system 3.1i and system 4.5B.

The customer master created in the system 3.1i will be updated in the system 4.5B (general Data and Sales Data), for both sold-to and ship-to (accnt groups 0001 and 0002).

An IDOC will be generated upon the Customer Master creation in System 3.1i which will be mapped through an interface and creates a Customer Master in system 4.5B.

The transfer is happening via idoc message type u2018DEBMASu2019 and the iDoc u2018DEBMAS02u2019.

As of now, this process, is executed via a batch job (BD12)with 2minutes frequency.

In the existing process, there is a problem with the segments General data & Sales data, during the update only one of these segments are updating currently

REQUIREMENT:

The proposed solution is to activate the user exit u2018EXIT_ SAPMF02D_001u2019, before the u2018SAVEu2019 function (of create customer)in such a way the program should call BD12 transaction to generate & transmit the iDoc to system 4.5B only for the customers who belong to a specific category.

Will it be possible to trigger this event on u201CCREATIONu201D of customer??

Concern (we will not be having the cust number during the creation so as to send the cust # to the BD12 tcode).

If it is possible, can you please tell me as to how this can be done?

Regards,

Thej.
