How to assign the corresponding service agents to the service agent group (that define in SPRO)?

HI Cheryl,

Its a master data setting.

Go to XK02(master data for vendor) , and open the service agent with relevant purchasing data . Then go to General -> Control tab,(ServAgntProcG) field name DLGRP of table LFA1.

There you can maintain the service agent group the service agent belongs to.

Dear Chery,

This you can assign through this IMG path

SPRO->IMG->Logistics execution>Transportation>Basic Transportation Functions-->Set Up Partner Determination for Shipments

-->Account Groups - Function Assignment here you can assign service agent partner function to the specific account group as per the requirement.

After assigning you need to create master record for service agent through XK01 transaction.
