Workflow for PR release strategy

Hi guys,

We have done all the configuration required to use SAP standard workflow i.e. WS00000038 for PR release strategy.(item-level)

it is working fine.

But in case of refusal of release by any approving authority, we want to send mail to i) either creator of PR or ii) to the lower level (if level-2 has refused the PR mail should go to level-1).

We are not able to get any mail in case of refusal of PR by any authority.

How to configure this?
