I am unable to see Tile on Launchpad
The tile is showing correctly in Group and Catalogue as well.The corresponding Tiles from the Group are displaying correctly.
I have tried following ways to resolve but it has no use.
1) removing tile from group and adding it again.
2) Recreated the tile.
3) Cleared cache.

I am not getting the error which are mentioned in Below link.
When i try to find the tile in master search option on launchpad, it shows the name of missing tile but when i try to open it it gives error.
"Could not open App. Error Occurred"

Tried But Still facing the issue.
Noticed one thing while doing the change. The configuration is missing in QA environment for that tile it is correct in Development system.Even if i am transporting configuration to NGQ, still missing the config for that tile.

In the launchpad go to Edit and then reset the group.
