Sales Order-BAPI

Hi,

1) We are creating Sales Order with BAPI, Input fields for the BAPI are coming from external sources.

2) Some of the Input fields for BAPI are not fitting to SAP like Carrier Name, Truck Number, and Driver Name.

3) Where we can accommodate these fields in SAP ?

hi,

it is possible to give customer fields by BAPI to the sales order.

I have right now no system with me, so i can't tell you the exact fields but

i put the customer fields in an append of vbak oder vbkd or vbap.

- there is a sap-note in oss and in bapi-documentation.

- in the Bapi, there is a table extensions

in this table you can give your field with table name an d fieldname

- vbap-xxxx or vbak-xxxx
