Download Appraisal Form (BAdI: HRHAP00_OFFLINE)

Hi:

I would like to use the upload/download functionality in SAP to download my appraisal form, make changes offline and upload again.

The standard downloaded format downloaded is *.pdf.

Is it possible to create a new implementation in the BAdI "HRHAP00_OFFLINE" to download the document into MS-Word format instead?

ADOBE print/edit licence is more expensive and I doubt the client will want to give this licence to all their employees.

I hope someone will be able to help me with this question.

Hi SC,

Appraisal documents can be downloaded in PDF only. This has to get the support from ADOBE interactive forms. As per the document upload and download it only uses PDF format. No other format will support as ADOBE interactive forms.

And the interactive forms in the way it include Dropdown list and many other specialities. So its possible only by PDF.

If we were to download the appraisal form into *.pdf, do we need additional licence from Adobe to edit the form?
