data uloaded only 50 characters is empadress field

Hi experts,

i have uploaded employee address for subtype 2 data uploaded only 50 character in *STRAS* field in table field length is 60 char . i used structure alsm_tab... in that value is only 50. so what can i do now is there any alternative method please guide me....
