How to send a internal table to some body by mail .

Dear SAP-ABAP Experts .

Friends , i have stuck up in a issue , where i have to send a internal table in tabular form to

my client's mail id like abc at xyz dot com

How to do this ?

for your information i tried the below code posted over SDN .

bit it is not working , it gives me error that by a message that 'Can't send table for author : login name'
