How can the Sold-To Party fill automatically in the support message

Hi All:

In the solman 4.0 SP16 system, the Sold-To Party field of every support message is empty, but the support team is determinated ok, i have maintained the sold-to party in relevant component system with IB52 , how to enable the Sold-To Party automatic determination, please kindly give your advice.
