    Hi,

Check weather the message is outputted in ME9F after creating the version1.

If message is not outputted new version will not be created all the changes will be saved in version1 until the PO is outputted.

    Regards,

    Bharat.

    Hello,

In the version tab in PO-header, there is one 'version complete' tick box. The PO is available for further processing (like release procedure) only after the version is marked as complete.

So all the changes made to the PO, will get added to the open version until unless it is marked complete.

Now if u mark the version complete tick in PO-Header-version tab after changing the qty and then change the PO rate, then only it will give new version.

Hope this is what u were looking for.

    Regards

    Gregory Mathews

    • Hi,

You can resolve thsi issue like this....

We can stop the Goods receipt by passing error message that "PO Version is in Process"

hence GR cannot be done. To do the GR user needs to complete the Version indicator. If he Flag that check box and saves again PO will go for release.

After PO release only GR can be done.

To pass the error message Change Message No MEDCM 014 to error.
