Guru's, here i am running the mark and Realese in CK24, IT GIVES the Message.

and please suggeest me the steps

Marking not authorized for period 011 / 2008 in company code 1000

Hi Arun,

When you go to CK24, first you press the button "Marking" on the top, you will be able to see the title of the screen changing to "Price Update : Mark Standard Price". Now, you will give the parameters like Material, period, year ect and then you have to press the button "Marking Allowance" on the righ-hand side. There you will see your company code. Click on your company code, then it will ask you for your costing variant and costing version. Populate the data. Save, come back, execute.

Pls revert back if it doesn't work...

Dear Arun kumar,

Every month for the first time while doing the cost estimate in CK11N and using CK24 for marking and

release for individual company you have to open the period for that company code.

Before executing CK24,there in an icon called marking allowance,click that ,select the company code

1000 and save the data for the costing variant PPC1.

The same problem you will be facing in CK40N also.

This happens only for the first time when you try to mark and release a cost estimate for a product for

that company code in the begining of the period (month).

So make the seetings as I have mentioned and revert back if you have further queries.
