Variance display

Dear Gurus,

Settlement is the variance which is posted in FI when settlement is done.

As I understand Settlement variance = Actual Costs - Target Costs.

In process Order under I can below fileds

1. Plan Qty, Plan Value

2. Actual Qty, Actual Value

3. Target Qty, Target Value

So where is the difference between plan value and actual value displayed in CO and what is the transaction code.

With Regards,

Amit.

Hi Amit,

When go to COR3, go to Menu Go To -- Costs -- Analysis -- it will display the comparison of Target Costs and Actual Costs. Now, you select the "Select Layout" icon on the Icon bar and choose "Cost Trent", you will able to see the comparison for Plan and Actual Costs on the Order.

There are plenty of reports available...pls go through the Info Sys under Cost Object Controlling area in Easy Access menu.

Pls revert back for more clarification...
