hi,

MD74 is used for adjusting the period.

The period of adjustment to define a period in which only customer requirements are included in the planning run. No order proposals are created in the planning run for planned independent requirements that are in the period of adjustment, and for which no confirmed receipts or order proposals are planned.

For this you can maintain the period in customizing t-code OPPR in that go to tab page consumption mode/period adjustment, define the period and indicator in that. And assign the MRP group to that material, in material master.
