Web IC - Claims - Dates management

Dear experts,

I'm working on complaints customizing in the Web IC for CRM 2007 and I don't have acces to the dates I have created in the SPRO.

My complaints are based on BUS2000120 Complaints and I have defined a date profile, linked to my transaction tab.

I would like to insert them in my workpage, directly in my view or at least add a new tab with this data.

Does anybody know how to insert these dates in the Web IC pages ?
