Hi, I didn´t find anything similar to the problem that I have been trying to resolve that for a week, so that i created this thread.
I established connectivity between domain server and BOE XI2 in order to we can use Active Directory´s users to log in BO. Now, I can log in CMC and Infoview with AD´s user. There is no problem so far. But when I (or anyone who´s log in Infoview via Windows AD) want to change anything from Preferences in Infoview, tab General (to change an initial window, viewing the documents and so on) then this text appears: An error has occurred: An error occurred at the server : Access is denied.
I checked settings in CMC, users´ security policy, even I assigned admin´s right to the user... no success.
Does anyone know what to do? Finally when I was successful with all the things about setting up the AD, I can´t handle this side feature.
Using: BOE XI2, default settings, Tomcat, Kerberos
