SSO: Windows Integrated Authentication ONLY with UME based on Portals DB??

Hello experts,

it is possible to realize SSO between the Windows System (IE) and the Portal without using an Active Directory?

I mean, all portal users are administered in the Portal´s Database. No LDAP is configured.

Can SSO be configured?

Thanks in advance for any information.

Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

Yes, its possible. You can use any Portal UME, its totally independent.

All your Windows users MUST get authenticate against an ACTIVE directory while login into the windows terminal.

The windows userid and the Portal's UME userid must match.

    Regards

    Deb
