time issue...

Hi Teja,

this is Rohit, can u guide me on this Time issue,

my query is to create work schedules basing on the % of FTE (full time ees) for PTE (part timers),

means 100% FTE = 40 , 50 ,60% for PTE etc, how many work schedules rules i shud create.....how to go abt this issue........hope i m able to put across wat i m tryg to say..pls guide me man.
