Using CRM in All-in-One

Dear Friends,

I am exploring to use CRM functionality in All-in-One solution. My understanding is that CRM is an integral part of the All-i-one package. I want to provide my customers access to CRM mainly to create quote, orders, check status via internet using our company's corporate website. Can anybody please explain in plain terms that easiest way to achieve it. How ca we integrate our web server to sap server and expose the CRM screens onto the web.
