how to apply theam(customized ) in ep 7.0 ?

hi friends

i have created theam in ep 7.0 i want to apply to the user .

i have given to the everyuser core role to the user but i can seen only standard theams (sap provided)

not customized theams in the personalize

how to see the mytheams in the personalize (in theams ) how can i see them ?

suggest me

Hi,

Add the theme to the desktop of the user. You need not to make it as default. Then the theme will appear in personalise -> theme link.

Check it out

You have to save it in the \themes\customer folder.

Create a portal desktop, assign the newly created theme and default framework page to the portal desktop.

Open the master rule collection in the PCD and write a new rule.

In that rule, assign this portal desktop you have created to any user.

Now login through this user to whom you hav assigned the portal desktop and check the personalize option.Now you must be able to see your theme.

Hi Rajanws,

From System Management --> Portal Visualization, you define your own theme. Then, you assign this to your portal framework, so all your portal components (iviews, pages, ...) take this theme.

If you are using its services, using IAC iviews, you have to use ITS Theme Generator, to apply your theme to your services.
