Hi,

Sales orders shuld be sorted monthly wise for despatching stock or doing deliveries to the customer,In sales order under schedule lines different dates should be given

Dear Kiran,

As Mr.Chidambaram already mentioned rightly.

You can use Scheduleling agrrement functionality for your requirement this will full fill your rerquirement 100%.

Go to VA31 transaction enter the document type as DS-Scheduling agreement as per the standard then enter the sales area data then press enter now system will take you to the Create Scheduling Agreement :Overview screen here you enter Customer,material,Target quantity and Valid from and Valid to date.

Now you go to item data tab by double clicking the item in the item data you go to schedulelines tab maintain the Delivery date, order quantity,rounded qty and conformed qty as per you requirment dates.

Finally you save the scheduling agreement when the document is complete.

Now you can create delivery document for the respective dates with reference to that scheduling agreement.
